A nice blend of dark and light. Nice drums! A little short.

EdKempeper responds:

Thank you very much for your review ! ;)

Nice use of effects. A little more variety with the melody could go a long way in this song. Well done!

Dovax responds:

Thanks i apreciate it!

Nice percussion with a mellow bass and synth. Maybe throw some build ups in there and a little less complexity in the melody. OR not. These are just things that I would do to it.

Aecis responds:

So much insight thank you! More build-up would be cool and yes I see the complexity. This will help me a lot thank you!

I like the melodies and the timing. This might need to be turned down, layered, and mixed. I wonder what would happen if you put the volume at -6decibals.

AceTAD responds:

OK. Thanks!

I love this! Almost every aspect of it is great. I just didn't dig the drums that much. They seemed off beat on the 2nd half of the melody. Well done though, really well done!

4203 responds:

I didn't really mix it well did I xD
Thanks for feedback!

That might be the most beautiful song I've ever heard. I'm going to listen to it again and take notes. WOW!!!!

ChrisisD responds:

Thanks for the amazing review! You flatter me!

I love the idea and you captured that really well. Maybe a little more destruction in the melodies.

AlphaStormMusic responds:

Yeah, as I look back on this song I think... too happy and not dark enough to classify too well. Thanks for the review :)

That's how you do that!! Exactly. Well done! Good choices, good beats. Good timing. Maybe could have used some contrasting melodies in the slower regions but it doesn't take away from it. A little repetitive is all.

AlienNinjaGD responds:

Thanks man!

I agree that in this case, the flat notes take a little away from the whole sound. I like it though. Try to make a bass line first, then build the beat and melody from there. Sometimes that's the only thing that helps me finish anything. Think of the song as having 3 parts to it. Start, middle, finish. Make those 3 parts sound a little different, or a lot, and keep practicing. You've got talent!

sn1per666 responds:

Thanks m8 I will try.

Sweet!

You hit the snes genre dead on! I really like the drum kicks you use to fill the build up element and there is something epic happening pretty much all the time. It was a bit repetitive for me but that's what snes soundtracks are all about! I haven't heard your other stuff yet but if this is your standard then I'm sure the rest of them will be just as great! Good job!

Daydream-Anatomy responds:

Thank you very much for reviewing my track^^
I hope you're sincere because that means a lot since I really like your music.

And my songs are hit and miss to be honest, I have epic fast paced ones, and some where I experiment, or they just don't turn out great.
Glad I got that snes feeling, making modern videogame music (the kind I grew up with) with dance beats is what I like doing most.
