Nice intro. the introduction of the bass and beat takes a while to kick in but when it does it is really cool. I like the melody and the supporting chords. It gets a little repetitive. down around 2:30 is a nice intro of something new.

Thanks for listening!

Good start. really gets ya going. it has some power to it! It transitions very nicely. Got a little long before the calm but the double bass didn't hurt. I would have gone with a different bass for that melody but it works REALLY well. love it. A perfect fusion. I'm fucking in love with this song. Is it spoken for? Like, can I take it out sometime? On a date maybe? Oh. My. God. and then it fades out because of course it never stops. This baby just keeps on going. Great job!

MozesX50 responds:

I REALLY appreciate it! Means a lot, especially coming from you! I've always loved your work.

While I enjoy this, it is not really a song rather sfx for the horror. So it fits there. The feedback hurts a bit.

Like an 8 bit kinda game beach where the love interest is talking to the main character? And then that drop just throws it all in your face, I like that kind of laughing sound. You must have a very active night sky on the beach. I think from 3 minutes on is my favorite part. and the ending is fun.

Good chords at the start, muffled beat is nice. I know where this is going and I like it. Nice harmond?? bwop bwop bwop, I keep saying to myself. Good build! And those drums get a little more intense which is just what I was hoping for. Nice second half melody and instrument choice. a little break beat would have been ok. But I get it in terms of the build. and then BAM!! Nice. I like that choir. It's beautiful but I would have liked to hear a little more destruction to change things up. and then it just ends. but why?

NathanDzul responds:

Thanks for the feedback.
About the last part i actually wanted to make longer but i ran out of ideas (probably in the future i update this track and make a longer version because i also really think i could've make it longer)

oh yes, good start. nice build. Feels like something epic is coming. And it doesn't disappoint. Who's saying motha fucka uh? Good sounds, nice blending, and nice builds. percussion is on point. that drop and build lead into that distorted type of sound. And the bass just keeps backing it up. I find myself smiling during this song which is great. Bass and kick alone sound solid. maybe a fade out at the end so that the song can just keep going in my head...

Strings at the start with the bass are great. Nice beat! Nice bass. Nice drops. I like the chord progression. I wasn't sure about the 1 minute mark but you made it work very well. I can see this in a video game soundtrack. I can't help but think that the second half is just the first half repeated. Not that it's bad but it could have changed during that middle drop. That last build up was killer. But again, a little more variety in the 3rd act could do wonders for this. It ends the way it should.

BioHexagon responds:

Yeah, I'm probably going to update this track after the end of NGUAC's Knock-out round, since it is not allowed to update tracks it when the judging phase is happening.

I like the beginning intro. Comes in strong and fast. I can tell where it's going and I like it. The drums are great for this type of song. I can see this in a Final Fantasy game. Is that you playing the sax? It gets a bit stagnant before the 2 minute mark but not too bad. Those scales though... Nice. I think I would have left out the sax at the end.

BeyondGravity responds:

Thanks for the Feed back! And no sadly I can't really play any instrument, no less afford one. This is a lot of midi. I am pretty much self taught when it comes to the keys. Planning on taking lessons in the near future.

As for the melody going stagnant, I agree with you there, At the time I was rather satisfied with what I had made. Perhaps when I get the vocals for this song I will change up the melody a bit more.

I love the vocals. Has that feeling of adventure and struggle which is awesome. I like the beat work. It drops into a really beautiful melodic build up and sustains through percussion. Around 2 minutes it kinda turns into another song but then mixes in with the previous one seamlessly. Your description is very accurate. Not sure about the end. I miss the piano and then it's over.

Thank you for your review!

Holy bass! The melody is kinda at odds with itself but the way you mold it towards what you want it to do is very good. I love the strings and piano. Love em. it build and drops very nicely. But then it just ends......
